When ever you and your lender come to an agreement on payment reductions, interest repayment cutbacks or anything handling your debt, don’t forget to obtain agreement in writing. Should your lender declines to do this, put the contract in writing by yourself, date it, sign it and snail mail it to them via certified mail, return receipt requested.
